Majestic Plumbing

I am not the type to write reviews, but in this case I think folks should be warned that Majestic will not stand behind their work. They plumbed our entire house (new construction), and a few years later we had a leak that caused quite a bit of drywall damage. The tech replaced a fitting, told me that they do leak on rare occasions, then billed me for the repair. I was a little disappointed since they did the original work, but fine. Now a year later the same fitting caused all that drywall damage again, and Majestic is saying it's all my fault, the tech wrote there was a nail that caused the damage. This is a complete lie, the fitting and pipe are nowhere near the drywall let alone anywhere there could be a nail (see picture). I'm will pay all day long for honest work, but this is a clear case of dishonesty to cover up poor performance.

On two occasions over the last two years I've had these guys out to give me an estimate for work. On both of those occasions they took the time to send somebody out to look at the work that needed to be done and on both times after several weeks they refused to call back with an estimate. I've even made several follow-up calls and been unable to get a response.

I perform handyman and project management work for clients in my community and have been on the lookout for a plumbing company to use or to recommend to my clients. Majestic Plumbing provides reliable, careful work, and on time service. I would highly recommend.
