King Rooter & Plumbing

Found leak at 10 a.m., called King Rooter at 10:15 a.m., appointment for noon to 2 p.m. the same day. Devon arrived at noon. Narrowed lead to water pressure relief valve. First tried to tighten bolt. Didn't work. Gave me two estimates; one to replace a washer, second to replace the valve. Washer replacement didn't work. Installed the pressure relief valve. Complete and cleaned up by 12:45 p.m. Needless to say, I like these folks and particularly Devon. Wish there was room for more stars.

Do not use King Rooter & Plumbing. I called them to come and give me an estimate for some work I needed done in one of my bathrooms. The tech they sent was a nice guy, but his work was very sub-par, especially for the price. He did not fix the problem that I described to him and actually left my bathroom in a worse state. The tech never got an estimate signed and charged me $550 to come and replace a $40 part. I spoke with the owner, Jeff a couple of times on the phone, but we could not come to a an agreeable resolution,. He is a fast talker and spends more of his time telling you how much of a master plumber he is than trying to reach a reasonable solution. Use them at your own risk! UPDATE: I see that the owner is offering excuses and justifications for his company's poor service rather than apologizing and offering to try and make it right. If you look at the other responses to constructive criticism, you will see a similar pattern. Very defensive and unprofessional. Additionally, the owner states that my wife signed for the approval, which is a flat out lie and I challenge the owner to post a pic of said signed approval. He wont be able to because my wife never signed anything, and neither did I. Like I said, stay far far away from King Rooter.

The two gentlemen that came out were great! They made a very good team. If I ever have another plumbing problem I will not hesitate to call King Rooter & Plumbing again!!! Thanks a million. Donald

Great service and staff. King Rooter got me in for an emergency service for a backed-up kitchen sink. Alfonso came out for a 2nd appointment to fully clean the pipes. Alfonso and the other team members who visited were highly professional and helpful. Recommend!

The process from start to finish was very professional. From the bidding to the scheduling it was very easy to get someone out and to schedule the work under a tight time crunch! Christopher was knowledgeable and did very clean work! I would highly recommmend!
