Chad with Time was extremely helpful. We were first impressed by how quickly they were able to come to our house. We had called three other electricians and all had said it would be over a week until they could make it over since it wasn't an emergency. I called Time and they set us up with an appointment for the next day! When Chad showed up we were convinced that Time was the right company for us to use. He was very friendly and did a great job looking at the issues we needed fix. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of other problems. Even though he found other problems he was not pushy about trying to get us to fix them at the same time, he just wanted to inform us so that we knew about potential problems that may need to be addressed. We were so impressed by his professional analysis and the fact that he wasn't just looking to add on more to our bill that we asked him to fix it at the same time. He was glad to do so and spent a lot of time working at our house to make sure everything was fixed correctly. Chad did all of this with a smile which just made the whole experience better. We will certainly use Time in the future and we'll also be sure to ask for Chad. We highly recommend you do the same!

Had a backup on a weekend. After calling several " well known" ( read top of the Google search companies who pay for ratings) I found a reference to Time. Whereas the other companies jacked me around and couldn't come until the next day or even Monday, Time promised me same day...and Anthony arrived early!. He is personable, efficient and quickly augmented the drain. I recommend this company highly ( and I am sure I'll need them again soon...the house is 50 yrs old). He didn't try and upsell. Nathan came to my house to fix and consult on some plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and told me what I should do concerning my faucets and shower. A dog-lover and a very personable man! I enjoyed meeting him.

I got the pleasure of having Jeff service my unit. Absolutely great customer service. This guy is very knowledgeable and an honest technician. Found the issue immediately and helped our home become a home again. Remember to ask for Jeff!!

Anthony from Time Plumbing and Heating helped me with a couple small gas leaks. The job was quick and painless and he double tested in front of me. He also gave some great upkeep advice to keep it running smoothly which I appreciate. Thanks update: had a 2nd small leak and Robert came out and fixed it quick (under warranty, no charge). I thought I smelled gas a 3rd time and Robert came back again and this time everything was good to go, Robert was definitely a big help both times.
