Managed to squeeze me in between jobs for a boiler repair. After being unable to specify when he could get to me, Lawrence called as soon as he knew he was going to be in the area to ensure I was home. Lawrence was polite, respectful of the property and efficient in getting the boiler up and running - with a note to wait a few days before settling the bill just in case a sensor needed replacing. Will use again.

Wouldn't waste your time contacting them, they used to be ok, but despite saying they'll get back to you (after first chasing for a long time), after further repeated chasing they wouldn't even return messages, texts or e-mails. When needing a plumber / boiler company you usually need them promptly so unless you've got time to waste then I'd recommend finding someone more reliable!

Wouldn't recommend as he never answers his phone or responds to voicemails left for him. This is a shame as had work done previously which I was happy with.

Quick response and excellent service. Would recommend and will use again.
