Ability Plumbers Ltd

After examining our boiler the plumber from Ability said he would need to order parts to fix it. We stated we would need to get approval from the landlord before going ahead – but the plumber asked for the £100 so they could order the parts once approved. The landlord didn’t want to go ahead with the job as they decided to replace the boiler instead - but Ability refuse to give the money back! They are dishonest and unethical - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

MESSAGE FROM DIRECTOR This is an untrue statement below, Ability Plumbers attended this customers house for a boiler breakdown, our engineer diagnosed a faulty PCB which is the boilers main electrical board. Our engineer took a £100 deposit to order this part. After the part was ordered and (costing £180) the customer decided she would just replace the boiler instead demanding her £100 deposit back. We were then stuck with a PCB which was non refundable by the wholesaler so couldn't offer her a refund back. unfortuatley we are a business and not a charity
