Incredible Service and Surprising Prices! We are new to the area and asked around for referrals. We were super surprised that so many people recommended this ONE company! They started out with an amazing person coming to our home for an estimate. Dusty was professional, kind and respectful. Dusty was honest and super thorough! The installation process was professional, clean and timely. The warranty is a good one and the products are top of the line. And I must say they gave us the best price in the area. We had much higher estimates that were not necessary. Go ahead and use this place! You will be grateful you did!! Thank you!
Wright did a phenomenal job installing my new Central Air unit. Very professional, economical, informative. I will recommend them to any friends or family that may need a central air installation or repair.
Quality work but way over priced, only for the wealthy. Have used many times and previous work was economical and of good quality. Roofer repairing hail damage and one I’ve use many times said I needed a new roof connection, stack and cover. I called Wright and they came out and the total bill was $690! They did give a 10% VA discount but they charged $297 to pick up parts and a $95 diagnostic fee for a total of $392.00. The total time on the job, including picking up parts was 2.5 hours. With the trip charge and diagnostic fee, this is $156.80 an hour, too rich for my pocket book. I’m a 100% disable vet and I can no longer afford their services.
Why I rated them a one!! So my sale guy Dustin quoted me a price of a 3.5 capacity cooling system.When installation was being done,I was told that it was too big of cooling system for my home of 2204 sq ft home.So they decided to install a 3.Capacity instead. So I was told by the installer it would be a price difference.BIG SURPRISE FOR ME. After installer taking all day after being told it will take 4 hour of installation. they arrived at 9till6pm they finished So I went into office next day to have price adjustment I was told it will only be $150.00 off.I ask to see the price of unit they Refuse to show me the price of Bryant 113A unit. I said toDustin that it was about 1,000.00 dollars different. He "STATED" THAT PER HIS BOSS he was not allowed to show me the price difference!!! My advice get the written contact of pricing agreements THAT IS HAND WRITTEN BY SALE PERSON OF BREAKDOWN ASWELL AS THE HOMEOWNER AGREEMENT!! YES THEY RIP ME OFF WITH MONEY SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. So Wright installed a new boiler system at our house 6 years ago. They said we would get annual reminders about drain and flush; never got em. If we turn on more than one heating zone, the system does not work; one zone might heat up, but not always. They have been out to our house, but no one seems to be able to know how to fix this. There is a ten year parts and labor warranty, so we don't want to try anyone else. Wright also engages in false advertising. They claim if it is not 100% right, it is 100% free; I guess this does not include " trip" charges. I cannot get a hold of the owner, as no one seems to want to divulge that information. We are freezing, and they claim also 27/7 for emergencies, but the tech on call does not work on boiler! Very frustrated.
