They came out at the time we scheduled, and the two gentlemen quickly figured out the issue (Vance-Jerred) and got right down to business. Getting my water heater and leaking pipes up and good to go in no time! They were real respectful, professional and I barely noticed they were here. Took old water heater out and cleaned up after themselves as if no one was there. Any plumbing issues I ever run into, I’ll be sure to get either one of these men back to do it. Would recommend to others. Thanks
Would highly reccomend there plumbing services. Called them from time to time to clear out two Lines from house. Nothing but smiles for Jeremy and his team..!! ????
Two guys came out to our house an hour and a half late. They tried a couple different options to clear our clogged kitchen drain. They were at the house for about an hour and told my husband that they had to go answer another call, but that they would be back unless he wanted to call someone else (mind you by this time it was already 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon). We opted to wait and around 4:30 called to see if they were coming back. No answer and no one ever returned our voicemail. We now understand why they never called back or returned. It turns out that these guys "didn't charge us" but they managed to crack our pipe, causing a leak IN ADDITION to our already clogged sink. And they didn't even have the audacity to let us know. They are a worthless bunch and I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else if this is a "company" you are considering going with. There's a reason they claim that they are affordable - their work is WORTHLESS. I agree with the others who posted, especially about how terrible and worthless the owner Jeremy Martinez is.
Good priced and friendly service
I had a 11:00 appointment to clean my sewer drain. I called at noon and got an answering machine. I asked them to call me because I was waiting for them. It is now 6:00 and they haven't called. I stayed home all day waiting for them. This is very unprofessional. I won't be calling them again.
