The owner has bad business skills. He allows workers to smoke wax and cigerettes on restricted sites. He also allows his employees to mistreat the lower guys and doesn't care if there is harassment in the workplace. Sexual harassment has been addressed and no action taken by employer. He simply does care about his employees nor his clients.
