Excellent service from these guys. Boiler had broken down and in the afternoon of the tuesday i was told it could be fixed as was obsolete. By tuesday night gasworks had given me the best quote and then managed to come out the next day to do the replacement. Friendly guys who know how to do the job to a high quality. Explained the whole system to me and how it worked. Will definitely be going back to these guys for any work needing done.

Would recommend in a heart beat. We sold our house when the gas fire developed an intermittent fault. Adam worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of the problem and was extremely quick to get back to me or pop round to try something else. Very polite, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. Adam was honest and upfront about costs and gave me some really good advice. An amazing service which I would happily recommend to anyone.

Adam came to service the boiler within 48 hours of my initial contact. He was in and out in less than 30min and left everything exactly as before. Good service.

I honestly do not know how to start this review as both myself and my husband are extremely happy with Gasworks Edinburgh. From leaving our details and explaining that we had no heating nor hot water for over a week the very quick response from Adam was exceptional. Adam came to the house and spoke through with us what was needed and what not was necessary and within a few hours we had a VERY competitive quote given to us. After agreeing the price we were told the work would start the following afternoon and clearly the guys had been out working all day and had fitted us in with us not having any heating nor hot water but they arrived very upbeat happy and very friendly. They got to work straight away not even stopping for a well earned break. The care and attention these guys shown in my house was very professional. For a young team of tradesmen their manners are impeccable. Each and every step of the installation of the new boiler if we had ANY questions Bernard and Adam were more than happy to answer. Bernard and Adam worked tirelessly for a good 5 -6 hours as they were pulling out all the stops to get me heating that night and they did. In the space of those 5-6 hours Bernard and Adam removed the old boiler removed 2 water tanks removed "off the Ark" pipes, drilled a new flue in my wall filled the old flue hole and fitted the new boiler and new pipes plus whatever else goes under the house These guys were simply amazing and not once did they complain or moan. The following evening Adam came back and finished off the work which took a few more hours and he was very patient at explaining everything to me as believe me I had a lot of questions. Adam also repeatedly assured us that if we had any questions or queries regarding the new boiler and settings not to hesitate and to give him a call. Adam is a huge credit to Gasworks Edinburgh. I would not hesitate to recommend Gasworks Edinburgh to anyone and in the few days I have had the pleasure of having them in my house I have spoken non stop to anyone who I've spoke to raving about them.
