Just had a new boiler installed by these guys. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful. The work was done in the time agreed. Engineers were very punctual and was good communication from the office letting me know when to expect them.

We had a new boiler fitted with Scott Findlay and from start to finish this was an extremely professional and reliable company. Very good customer services, this is not a company that you have to chase in any way, I was communicated with at all stages of the job & all appointments made with them were fulfilled by them (no chopping and changing). The job itself was very precise, tidy and within the estimated time discussed at the initial survey . The guys that fitted the boiler were very nice and professional in their demeanor, they couldn't have beenmore helpful. The boiler all works beautifully no snagging issues at all - I would confidently recommend this company to anyone.

Scott Findlay did a great job replacing a boiler for us. They arrived when they said they would and happily got on with the job at hand. The service before, on the day and after the job was great.

What a treat to find a company that does what they say they're going to do.... and beyond. Very efficient staff from Scott and Claire to the fantastic team of David and Brian who carried out the installation of our boiler, which wasn't an easy job but all good in the end. Thanks very much guys. We would have no hesitation in recommending this extremely friendly and efficient company and will most certainly use them in the future.

Faultless ,from initial enquiry to job completion. A much needed power flush, locating two blockages in the pipes under the floorboards and in the ceiling which meant I had 3 cold radiators (not any more!) and fitting an outside tap all done excellently. Simon and Cameron who carried out the work arrived at the given times, were polite , courteous and left no mess. Claire and Dee in the office were also very knowledgeable of what was required and not, obviously, just there to answer the phones. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
