As always, John was punctual and reliable. He fully explained everything that he was doing and why. I know I can trust John now, so he is always my first port of call for any boiler/plumbing issues.

Great service. Turned up when arranged, job done quickly and thoroughly and kept to the quotation. Even carries a card machine for payment. Only a boiler service and checkover this time but definitely a first option for future works. Nice chap too :-)

John is very professional. He responded rapidly to my initial email and was efficient and tidy during the project (leaking pan connector). He explained exactly what the problem was and sorted out a few other related issues with the toilet whilst he was on site. I would certainly consider calling John again if we had any plumbing requirements.

John was very friendly, prompt, professional and tidy. He investigated, diagnosed and fixed a leaking pipe as well as an issue that we were having with intermittent hot water. Would definitely call on him again.

Efficient, professional, very clean and tidy, cheerful and sensible. Removed an old gas heater and was creative in then removing the flue and filling in the hole - I can strongly recommend.
