Excellent friendly service. It was the first time that I used Mark and he was extremely professional and did a really neat job with our central heating and radiators. He gave the best advice for what we needed and was very reliable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to all our friends. Thanks for looking after us.

Mark was great - we rang him at 8am and he was with us for 7pm when we got home from work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the remedial work on our boiler on the spot. One hour later, we were all sorted. He was knowledgeable, conscientious and explained what had gone wrong and what needed doing. His rates are very reasonable, especially for Didsbury. Would highly recommend and in fact will hopefully have Mark back to carry out a few other plumbing jobs.

He looks friendly, but lacks of knowledge and experience. And don’t take any responsibility. I told him my boiler was working, just the hot water was taking longer time to arrive in the bathroom upstairs for a few times. maybe a service would make it better. He checked here and there, and couldn’t find any problem, them he told me my boiler has no phone support for technical problem, he need to email them to find out. After quite a while. he told me honestly my boiler was completely broken, even the central heating. He didn’t know why, but would find the problem for me as soon as he can probably the next day and fix for me. He didn’t answer my call the next two days. But text me back he probably found the problem and would fix for me as soon as he can. I asked roughly when. As I needed to arrange day off. But no answer come. 4 weeks passed on, still no answer! So I have to call another engineer which cost me £400 for this mess that he has made. And even charged me for that. Thanks a lot.

I needed my pipes cleaning and Mark did a great job!
