Cannot fault this service in any way. Our boiler gave up the ghost just after Christmas and this company was by far the most professional and gave a quote not an estimate. First class advice and service - thank you so much! We were massively impressed by Mike at Nottingham Heating. He was helpful from the initial phone call right up to leaving after fitting us a new boiler. He gave us great advice, great service and a great price. There was not tutting or shaking of head like you often get, he explained what we needed clearly and there was absolutely no hard sell to try and flog us something above what we required. Just straight forward and reliable in every way. He arrived exactly when he said he would and installed our new boiler quickly and efficiently. He brought a colleague to fit the new flue as this involved working on the roof and he was equally pleasant and helpful. They were both a pleasure to have in the house, I barely knew they were there! Mike advised us that to keep up the warranty on our new boiler you had to have it serviced every year - he wasn't fishing for this work but I won't be looking anywhere else come service time.
