Had a bathroom and en-suite done by Citigas. Very happy with all of it, from the patience shown on getting a design that was what I wanted, how little disruption & mess there was during the work and of course, the final product! Absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend them!
Available within a few days to troubleshoot my boiler - however charged an exorbitant fee of £160 for a £50 piece of equipment and 20 minutes of technician time. Upon querying the office staff simply told the technician to remove the equipment if I didn't comply immediately. To make matters worse the boiler is now experiencing issues once again (less than 2 weeks later!). Will not be using CITIGAS again.
Used Citigas a few time from maintenance through to bathroom fitting and always been happy with the served. Would recommend :)
