We returned home from holiday early hours of Sunday morning to find our boiler not working. We googled emergency plumbers and MAF came with good reviews. We called Mark and he was with us within minutes. He thoroughly inspected the boiler, showing us the damaged parts and explained that it would need replacing. After discussing options, specifications and pricing clearly, we agreed on what was needed and agreed for Mark to return the next day to carry out the work. Mark arrived on time and carried out the work as expected, to the agreed cost. He was polite and friendly at all times and kept his work space tidy. He removed all debris and packaging when he finished and ensured the place was left in the same state as when he arrived. He demonstrated how all the new equipment worked and left instructions for its upkeep. We wouldn't hesitate in using Mark again and would highly recommend him to others.

Would highly recommend this company. The owner Mark Fryer keeps you informed every step of the way. His standards are very high. His design suggestions are spot on. He is determined to come up with the most visually-pleasing solution in difficult situations. Part of my project was getting a sink into a very narrow downstairs toilet. I just wanted a sink in it and if it did not look brilliant I was not too bothered. But that was not good enough for Mark. He came up with a really clever solution that looks really stylish. His modernisation of my bathrooms has exceeded what I envisaged and my expectations were very high.

Great service fast call-out at the weekend got the boiler working again as it was urgent and told us what part to buy and how to fit without the need for an engineer!
