Water was dripping through the kitchen ceiling on a Saturday morning! Having had some dubious experiences with plumbers in the past we already knew whom to avoid. Would this one be any different? Two young men appeared at the front door. Brownie points were awarded immediately when one of them took off his shoes before going upstairs to investigate the matter. The cause of the leak was identified as being behind some wooden panelling. It had to be removed. The noises were alarming but we need not have worried, the panels were being removed carefully and then equally carefully replaced. Within an hour the job was done. To our delight, necessary and unavoidable collateral damage was minimal and will be easy to make good. Polite, efficient and maybe not the cheapest but then you get what you pay for. The bottom line is that but we can recommend Adept for providing a polite and efficient craftsmen like service and will use them again.
