I called today with a minor plumbing fault (irritating but a non-emergency). Within a few hours, we had a member of the team round, who resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Jack was extremely helpful and professional - would highly recommend and will be certainly using the company again in future.

We developed a leak from the hot feed pipe to our sink in our bathroom. I turned off the isolator valve to stop the water flowing. I called Cotswold Plumbers this morning at 10:20 and Jack turned up 35 mins later at 10:55! He fixed the leek without delay. It took him about 15 mins. He billed us £70 + VAT which is £90. Expensive to fix a leak? Not really. While he was here he also fixed a fluctuating temperature problem we have had for while with our hot water boiler. The temperature would go up and down etc. A couple of tweaks from Jack did the trick. He also advised us on the reinstallation of a new fan in the bathroom plus said that they could also fix a small drainage problem we have had with our shower which involves inserting a valve in the waste pipe. Thanks for the very rapid response and for the swift solutions. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Recommended and yes, of course we will use them again.

Jack did a superb job on our Worceser Bosch 24 ri Boiler. Sorted it in less than an hour and his fault finding was second to none.
