This morning I woke to a strong smell of oil and found a small puddle of oil around my boiler. I phoned O'Connell and Bean at 8.30am.Tracy said she would phone one of their engineers and get back to me, which she did 10 minutes later. This afternoon Ian (wonderful man) came and repaired the boiler. A very helpful, friendly company who I would highly recommend.
