Meant to send this review six months ago, but kept forgetting. Anyhow, was very pleased to get help the day after I called. Jack (and Joel, if i remember correctly) did a great job replacing a tap for us. On time, easy-going, and made sure everything was in order and tidy before they left. If, like me, you are having trouble finding a reliable plumber, I can highly recommend SS Plumbing, especially Jack and Jess who came out first thing Monday morning to fix a leaking pipe which was located in a tricky hard-to-get-to spot behind weatherboards, a drain pipe and under a bath. They arrived on time, the job was done efficiently and professionally and I am very happy with the result. I have recommended them to all our neighbours too and will be using their services again. Excellent service provided by Jack yesterday. He arrived at the agreed time, was friendly and was able to fixed our blocked toilet drain. Our issue involved our neighbour's property and he resolved it professionally and cleanly. He explained the issue and options to me, and advised of the best course of action, outlining the costs as he went. There were no surprise costs at the end. I would highly recommend Jack who came out to fix leaks in our bathroom. Jack was available to come out the day after I called them, he arrived on-time, explained things through thoroughly and got the problems fixed quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use Jack and Stuart Scott Plumbing again for any plumbing problems, they provide a very friendly and professional service.
