Hopeless communication and awful service. Tried to charge me over $200 for someone to come out and review the shoddy workmanship they completed on the roof, and they wouldn't even climb up on the roof and look at it. I've since had to have the whole lot replaced because of how useless the work was, and am discussing options with consumer affairs for the rip job that this place is

In the heat of December our evaporative cooler broke down... just before our annual Christmas lunch with friends - a sit down lunch for 55 people. The earliest the company we bought the system from could come round was January - not good enough. Ken’s crew came within days and got everything going on time and on budget. Thanks for saving Christmas Ken and crew!!

useless communications. Asked them to look at a leaking roof. never called back & ignored emails. Leave 3 messages asking for updates = nothing. I'll go somewhere else where they can communicate & keep me informed

Good company. My hot water service died on a Friday night, I put in a call to Woolley’s on Saturday morning when I couldn’t get my usual plumber. They had someone out to me in 90 minutes with a replacement unit a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke to me initially on the phone as If me giving him the work was a nuisance. Failed to come out at agreed time. When I called later that day he told me I had cancelled. After trying to set up a new time he was rude and disrespectful, when I told him so he hung up on me.
