We woke up one morning with no water in the house. John told us he would come by that morning to take a look. He was here in 30 minutes and had water going within the hour. Then he took time to advise us how to avoid another freeze up with the pipe running from the well to the house--steps we could take immediately during the sub-zero weather, and then a few suggestions we of what we might consider doing in the spring for a long-term solution. He explained how we could do this ourselves fairly easily, but if we didn't want to, he'd be happy to take care of it for us when we came back up in the spring. As second home owners, we really appreciated the quick service.
Greenside Plumbing fixed a leaking toilet quickly at our home in Northstar. We had just installed a new wood floor and were worried it would have water damage. John, the owner, said one of his crew would be over within the hour to take care of it. John also stopped by on his way from another job at Northstar, just to make sure there were no other leaks after another company had done the bathroom remodel.
