A rooter man plumbing sewer and drain service

Ralph is awesome! He went out of his way on a stormy Saturday to make sure our renters plumbing issue was taken care of promptly. Ralph is a straight shooter and recommends what is best for his client. We trust and highly recommend this company and it’s services. Thank you soooo much! Called Rooter-man because my home warranty company was having trouble locating a septic clean-out person so they tasked me to find someone. After calling around Rooter man said they could do it in the time frame we needed it done. They quoted me $575.00 - $700.00 for septic clean-out. Than before even going to property they decided to double the cost to $1550! They had no good reason for this price gouging. When I questioned it Ralph the technician told m to try Water's in Reno because they would be cheaper. Our property is located outside of Cisco Grove, it is much farther for a company from Reno to come out to us than Ralph who was coming from Truckee! After reading these reviews I now am thankful that we cancelled the service. Rooter man tried to gouge us because they learned we would be getting reimbursed from our insurance company so Ralph decided it would be okay to charge double the regular rate! Stay clear of this company. We are now using a company out of Grass Valley who is reputable and honest!

I'm not sure what the other two posters below are speaking of, but I've never had a better experience with Sewer-Man. I have a rental house in Truckee and when we found out we had some severe plumbing issues I called local Sewer-Man. Their plumber was friendly and very informative. He diagnosed my property at no charge, and explained everything down to the last detail. They completed the work in a very timely manner, as I didn't have to relocate the current occupants of the house. I will be calling Sewer- Man if I have any other plumbing needs.

I had a major water leak at one of my rental properties so I was in need of a plumber. I called a couple plumbers that all told me that I needed a leak detection and that I should call Rooter Man Plumbing. So I called Rooter Man and they had a technician at my house later that day. The man was professional and very friendly. He had the situation handled and fixed my water leak. I couldn't be happier to find this company so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for others looking for top quality work.
