Gene Pira Backflow Prevention

Gene Pira sent two employees to Park La Brea (Tower 50) recent to conduct mandatory tests of the fire alarms in our 12 story building. Phil Andrews was the Pira "Supervisor" on site and he and his co-employee were nothing short of rude, incompetent and did not care about the safety or well being of 12 stories worth of tenants. At one point, they left the lobby power off so it was dark, an elevator door half open, and no one to assist an elderly tenant who needed to get to her apartment for a medical emergency. In fact, Phil smirked at the tenants and his co-worker just stood their mindlessly switching the alarm for the whole Tower on and off when being spoken to. Several tenants resolved to compel Park La Brea to fire this vendor for their rude and unprofessional approach that endangered tenant safety.
