Ruben was wonderful! He took a cursory look at our problem and stated it could be a very expensive fix because of all the tree limbs. We left him to his job while we went to work. When we got home, a major plumbing issue had been fixed for a very reasonable price. We believe Ruben had an opportunity to make the job much bigger than necessary and we wouldn't have been the wiser. It's comforting to know there are still people in business that can be trusted.

Instead of wasting time and my money removing the massively built old water heater vent pipe, their technician, Ruben, used part of it to run the new vent stack through to the roof. Smart and city inspector approved - for less! Thanks, people.
