I Initially made contact with Martyn Young Heating & Plumbing during January 2019, an appointment was made and Martyn himself attended, he was bang on time knocking at my door at the allotted time. Martyn’s approach to my enquiry was thoughtful considerate and backed up with knowledge, with helpful suggestions. Martyn also explained the kwh rating of the boilers, with enough detail allowing me to make an informed decision on a particular brand with the knowledge that he had fitted most of them during his time. An official quote quickly arrived via e mail along with a hard copy in the post, along with the methodology of how the install team would complete the work. The price was excellent, along with the supporting documents I felt confident that Martyn and his team would deliver. I made a call to Martyn accepting his quotation and requested he come back to me with a delivery date. Martyn, was aware of the following trades that were due in my property after the boiler work, so with this in mind my work was scheduled in record time. Excellent. The day of the install two company vehicles turned up on my drive 7.30 am on the nose as Martyn said. They unloaded, introduced themselves and prepared the working area, all works were completed effectively, efficiently and cleanly. All waste were removed from site, and other than the piping hot water, and blistering central heating , you wouldn’t of even known they been in my property. Martyn, then found the time to contact me to ensure that I had was completely happy with the installation and if I was, he would complete the invoice. I was, so I accepted the invoice and with a simple bank transfer paid the invoice. I can honestly say, that if you wish to engage with a company synonymous, with professionalism, quality along with reliability, I strongly recommend that you contact Martyn for all your plumbing requirements.
