Fridge broke down over Christmas. My father was having issues getting a suitable replacement. We weren't sure whether R&L Bailey could help but I remembered their reputation and frankly that they're very nice people and advised him to check. Perfect product supplied at a very good price by an expert, friendly, local and independent high street retailer. Excellent and sadly becoming very rare.

My washing machine was too expensive to repair so I had to buy a new one and this was done on the same day which was great as had been without a machine for 10 days. The day before a planned dinner party and five days before Christmas, our kitchen oven came to the end of its working life going out with a bang temporarily taking all the house electrics with it by blowing the ring main fuse in the fuse box. After a visit to their showroom, Bailey Domestic Appliances were able to provide a suitable replacement at a reasonable price and unbelievably had it installed and had taken the old one away in less than four hours after the old one had failed. My wife and I were hugely grateful for the customer service we received on the phone, in the show room and on installation. The staff were very pleasant and professional throughout and were a great credit to their company..

Excellent service & didn't have to wait too long for the spare part to come from Zanussi. Very helpful & polite engineer, bit tricky but fault diagnosed correctly. So happy to have my washing machine working again, thankyou
