We had been in our new home only two days when the washer connector from the wall broke-off and then began to flood our laundry room. We were forced to turn-off our water to the house. Our home warranty, (First A. warranty) showed no compassion as we went through two nights of no water to the entire home. While there were professional plumbers in the area they could have called, they were too cheap to call one of the available plumbers for an emergency call to assist us. When they finally allowed us to go out off the network to find a plumber, I found Whest Coast. This is when things turned around. Charlie is SO AMAZING! He came over to our house and repaired the broken laundry wall connector. He is so customer service oriented! Thank you Charile for such great service!

They did a great job. I had a blockage in in the lines and he was able to come the next day. I had had another company come the day before and they did everything wrong, didn't fix it and damaged part of my plumbing. Charlie knew exactly where my problem was and was able to fix it while I was out of town. Very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable but most importantly he was able to fix it easily.

Charlie & Kevin came out the same day I called and fixed the clogged line quickly. They were both very professional and pleasant to talk with. You should have no worries having them in your home...Pete Finney
