I called a couple of other plumbing companies to take care of a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday. One company had only 1 technician working that day and wanted to put me off until Monday. The other company was unable to come on Sunday as well. I called Class Act and Hans was more than happy to make time for my clogged sink. He said he would arrive at 4 PM and he did. Class Act saved the day! Our 17 yr old water heater decided to die. Hans came out even though he was swamped (no pun intended) with people needing A/C during the heat wave. He got a new unit installed the next day. Sadly, the manufacturer didn't have Hans' quality and after the "authorized repairman" couldn't get it working, Hans pulled the bad one out and installed another new one which is working great! Thank you, Hans, for great response and superior customer service!
