He came round to price up the supply /installation of a wood burner, he said all the right things and promised to return a price within a couple of days but I never heard anything from him. Very disappointing.
Despite saying they’d come in the afternoon, they turned up in the morning. We mutually agreed to postpone the service until another time as they were early and I wasn’t home yet. Next thing I know, they’re charging £72 for “aborted callout”. There’s nothing on the website about call out charges and no-one mentioned them at any point. Terrible communication, rude email and what felt like borderline harassment (three phone calls and two invoices in 24 hours). I will never use this company again. One star is too generous in my opinion.
Requested a bolier service but first appointment cancelled due to sickness. Rearranged by me phoning but engineer never showed up. Only found out he had 'overrun' on a Friday when I phoned at 14.30 despite appointment being for 12.00. Extremely poor service and communication.
I use this company to service my Aga and they are excellent. I have no need to look for anyone else.
