What a condescending person. Insulted my boiler and talked down at someone for not knowing the answer to a dilemma. Patience and manners are essential and without this I dont know how you even got positive ratings. Gone elsewhere to someone that hasn't got a complex about the boiler or helping me get to the cause. Rude!
