Excellent service. Had fault with boiler where my radiators got hot when the taps came on. Matt from MPS immediately highlighted the fault and fixed within the hour at a very reasonable price. Think I should also add how impressed I was with Matt's politeness & patience. I don't have a clue about boilers, but Matt took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening and what he was doing. Will definitely use him again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Excellent service from Matt from MPS. Had 2 other so called plumbers let me down when it came to a simple boiler service. Very pleased I found them. Would recommend to anyone else who needs their heating servicing or looking at.
Booked to get my boiler serviced due to it making intermittent funny noises. Very nice man turned up and was very polite. As for the service I am not convinced much was done. My boiler is still making the same noise (It did not make the noise when the engineer came, so I know this would be difficult to diagnose) but he advised me that it was probably a valve that wasn't fully open, so he opened this. He was at my house for no longer than 15-20 minutes, and all I received was a tiny printout with some results on, which had the incorrect date on it! I was also expecting to recieve a certificate with a checklist on with ticks on to say he had checked everything necessary on a boiler service which there was no sign of anything like that. I was then told he would send me an e-mail to say my boiler was all in perfect working condition, I never received this after providing my email address. The noise carried on so I contacted MPS the next week asking what he could suggest. He said along the lines of 'I do not really have time to come and investigate for hours to wait and hear the noise, I am a one man band. I suggest you get a protect and repair plan from the manufacturer'. I asked him if I could send a video of the noise and he said yes and would get back to me with what he thought. I have heard nothing and that was Thursday 24th January 2019. Overall quite disappointed, and going to have to pay another company to come and have a look at my boiler.
Matt from MPS heating visited my property to provide a second opinion on a faulty boiler, being a new landlord and not local to the property at the time I was in a difficult position as my usual plumber was away. Matt inspected the boiler and provided very helpful advice which didn't benefit him as he provided solutions with the original supplier. A real credit to the trade and refreshing to see he's not just out to make a quick profit, would certainly recommend him.
