Lake Plumbing

Rip off. My son, 16 months, put a rubber ball in the drain, we couldn't dislodge it at first so we called Lake plumbing. Such a waste of our time and money, we payed $75 for a guy to come out for 10 minutes just to say that our home warranty wouldn't cover...we could have figured that out over the phone at no cost. I'm totally down for paying an estimate fee, $30 or even $40 is reasonable, but we were expecting at least some work to be done, $75 is pretty steep. So these guys are the professionals right? They told us that we'd have to dig through the ceiling to replace the pipe...costing more money than we could afford. We got the ball out on our own with a shopvac we got from a friend. Pro move lake plumbing, you couldn't figure out how to get a ball out of a pipe without destroying a ceiling.
