ProFlo Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing

Just the best! Today was the second time that I've had the pleasure doing business with ProFlo. Last year the installed a brand new air conditioning / heater unit and today they replace a 12-year old condenser. These guys are professional, courteous and do fantastic work. The quality of the items and the service is fantastic. Thank you to Isaac Palacios and crew today. I highly recommend!!

Jamie Trammell, Jay, Isaac, and Marcus were professional in all aspects. They were on time, courteous, careful not to damage walls, floors etc. and completed the installation of my new carrier air conditioner and furnace plus new ducting on time. My house has never had a good flow of air in it until now! Thank you Proflow

I have family here from NJ and on their 2nd day here the temp was 98 degrees and we just found the whole AC unit had to be replaced with outside unit and restoration of the base it was sitting on needed repairs due to sheet rock and structure weakening from a leak in the old unit, so to make a long story short Proflo was able to get all the repairs done and install a new AC unit within 1 day there was a team of 3-4 techs here and I really wanted to thank Jamie, Aldo, and Jake for their professional work and quick response time. I recommend them to anyone who is having issues with AC, especially this time of year. Great Work! My family is happy and we can all be comfortable for remainder of their visit and years to come!

I had 2 companies give me a diagnosis and estimate on my airconditioner problem. The first company could not tell me for sure what the problem was. ProFlo was the second company. They told me exactly what was wrong, within 10 minutes. Bobby came out the next day with the part they had to order, and my airconditioner was working 15 minutes later. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Bobby for a job well done. I would definitely recommend ProFlo.

With this review, I want to comment about the communications during our first phase (assessment, estimate, negotiation only). Bryan Todd responded promptly to my husband phone call regarding our 30 year furnace, then came in for the assessment and gave us good advise not to spend $600 to fix it which we absolutely agreed. Starting last summer, we already thought about to replace the whole system (AC & furnace); so we had some estimates but didn't get it done. After comparing all 3 estimates including one from the Costco business associate, we picked this company due to good price, prompt communications from Bryan and his office manager, Bryan's patience to answer all my questions and concerns. The installation is set for this coming Monday. I will give you more updates.
