In order to unclog the sewage pipe in the apartment above, they had to cut a hole in the ceiling of my apartment. A plumber from their company located the clogged portion using video-camera. I told them how it could be reached from outside. However, first they made two holes in my bathroom and bedroom ceiling far from that place and only after that got outside, cut a hole and fixed the problem. Why did they do it? - I do not know.

We needed an under-slab leaking pipe bypass. The guy came out and looked over our situation. We waited 3 or 4 days and had to call about the estimate. He said they needed a pipe locate ($425) to do an estimate. We paid the price and got the "locate". But no further word from AquaTek, even after phone calls and emails. Out $425 for nothing.
