Would be a ZERO STAR ......I Was reversed into by an engineer from the company WILL LANE on the 26th June at 9am in Winchester. he admitted fault at the scene said he didn’t see me in his mirrors and we swapped details. He assured me the company will ring me at 3pm to sort my car out as there is substantial damage to my front end into the thousands. I heard nothing so got my insurance involved and they have rang me today to say that the scamming scum of the earth WILL LANE is disputing it and saying I ran into him! Terrible customer service and I will keep writing bad reviews until justice is done!

I'd like to recognise the understanding and persistence of Amran Ali in arranging the repair of my 'customer-side leak'.

Engineer arrived on site on time fixed my leaking toilet issue quickly and was very polite! Would definitely use these guys again. After seeing the 2 poor reviews I was nervous after booking but I since found out it was under new management.

Very happy with the service I received from Kemac. Had a leak coming through my ceiling, this was sorted ASAP. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family

Reportedly run by bullies, who over work their staff and underpay them. Knock confidences whilst constantly threatening them with the sack. Promising training and support only to deny and refuse help and guidance.. whist docking pay at their bullish leisure. A Manger even went so far as to threaten assult with a young engineer. Shameful!
