Gareth dealt with a stack pipe blockage at our housing association property in 2016. He was very polite and efficient. He has recently dealt with an out of hours emergency again at our building and was very efficient and helpful; he arrived at 6:30 a.m. and returned to the site later to access the pipes. He was very patient and explained to Residents the problem and showed us how the blockage occurred. While dealing with our job, he was very efficient and responsive to texts and phone calls. We would recommend him, as he gets the job done.
