Malcolm was excellent. He called me back quickly after I left a message and was at my house within 30 minutes, even though it was early and a weekend. He was transparent and quickly solved our issue with a tap that wouldn’t turn off. He worked promptly and left things tidy. Would highly recommend and I will use again in the future.

Third job Malcolm has done for us. Nothing too urgent this time but he still found the time to fit us in in the day of calling. As ever he is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and takes pride in his work.

Very displeased with the service provided by The Plumberman. He did the work required however did not communicate clearly about pricing and left us with a rather expensive bill, rounding up his labour hours which apparently is normal practice. The invoice included payment for the time it took him to create and print an invoice ...an additional 15 minutes or so. The parts purhcased also seemed at an inflated price. If you use The Plumberman try to gain a clear quote from the beginning, and don't be surprised if this is very much inflated after the work has been done, if he has worked for an hour and a half this may be billed as 2 hours on your invoice.
