Dorchester Drainage

Overflowing drain when using the shower or washing machine. Direct Drains came round the next day as agreed and inspected. Once his overalls were on he scooped out muck from deep in the gully but explained there was something very solid down there possibly concrete making the drain hole very small. Managed to get the jet in and blasted out what could be moved with that method and the drain now works without issue. We discussed digging it out in future and gave an upfront cost including inspection with camera, but advised it should be fine and only to consider if the issue re-occurs or gets worse.

I called Dorchester Drainage after being let down by another company for a CCTV drain survey. They talked me through the survey and what needed to be done. DD attended the very next day to conduct the survey. Their expertise is second to none and were very friendly & informative about the survey and any alterations that would be required for a proposed build. Would highly recommend. 5 stars!

They managed to move around other appointments to fit a CCTV survey in for me, as an emergency, before my house purchase exchanged. The manhole covers were seized, but this was not a problem for them and they managed to open the manholes without any damage. The report was posted to me two working days later. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Dorchester Drainage

I was booked in for the following day and the lads turned up on time, introduced themselves and patiently waited while I located the keys to the property! Did a good job unblocking the toilet and tidied up too. Really pleased with the whole service. Would recommend them any day of the week.
