Love the store, love the people! Had a really great team member help me in the weekend. She had lots of bathroom advice and I was super pleased with the outcome. Will be back!

One star awarded because none wasn't an option. I was installing a sink in a shed, and went to plumbing world hamilton to buy the necessary components. The lady behind the desk asked if I needed help. I explained the purpose of my visit and asked if she could assist me in choosing the necessary components. She replied "we're not plumbers, and don't give advice as we could be held liable". This is despite their own website quoting "The Plumbing World team is equipped with the specialist knowledge and technology to ensure you always get the benefit of specialist plumbing advice". All I wanted was to know which of their own products connected to which bits of their other products. Not much to ask really. I went down the road to a proper plumbing supply shop who sorted me out in five minutes, to the satisfaction of all concerned. If you're considering visiting plumbing world hamilton I suggest instead randomly picking components off the internet - at least you'll save yourself the time and petrol. Or go to a decent plumbing supply shop.
