Great service and a great job. Installation of our gas heater took 4 visits owing to the fault of the retailer we purchased heater off, ( not Plumbing and gas works ) not supplying all components, then wrong fascia, etc. The account was exactly as quoted, should have been a one visit job - now that is going the extra mile. Just wanted to share my personal experience. Poor communication and quote estimation. Actual invoice over twice the 'estimate', which makes me feel very dissatisfied. We chose them as their estimate was cheaper than others, but it turned out that the other quotes which were in writing, and in detail was much cheaper than them. I suggest that you communicate the cost-breakdown upfront in terms of approximate material costs + certification cost + how is the labor hours calculated, etc. to avoid surprises. Otherwise, good and friendly staff. Good workmanship. Thanks!
