Called Dave at McIvor Plumbers May 27 and discussed my drainage problems. The basement toilet keeps flooding and we have to keep getting the drains flushed. Dave said he would organise somebody to camera inspect the drains to locate the problem and fix it. Today is June 19 and nothing from Dave. So i called and asked Dave why nothing had happened concerning my drain. He said he was busy. The job was in the computer but keep getting put off. In that time, i could have had another flood. He could have just called to say he was too busy, then i could have arranged for somebody else to do the job. Totally unprofessional and i certainly would not recommend McIvor Plumbers to anyone.
