Am looking at renovating my bathroom so stopped in at Plumbing World Lunn Ave today. What a beautiful showroom. The girls there were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and were able to answer all my questions. I'd thoroughly recommend going to Plumbing World, I'll be back.
You guys are the worst plumbing supplier for all NZ, you are not helping customers at all and are not polite. Looks like that's a pain for you to work. Stay home if you are that lazy. Shame on you. You should take example on Reece or other suppliers. You are a shame really ! Stop your business asap please
Great customer service and knowledgeable staff in the showroom
Very bad customer service in the trade sale counter.( plump dark lady). The toilet spare parts prices are 2 ½ times higher than other shops. Never go to Plumbing Word again.
