While the workers are knowledgeable. Structure of getting things done and costs are lacking. Issue diagnosed after an hour but leak in line could not be fixed till the next week at $1100 plus the original $144 diagnosis. When they called to confirm next week appointment I told them I found someone who could fix leak today. They then told me they would be able to squeeze me in that day which I declined. The other local company fixed same day within 1 hour for under $450. Trying to overcharge me by over $900.

Straight forward info/price from Mike. Polite crew did an excellent furnace , a/c installation. Very happy with the whole experience. Just called again for information on having some wiring done. Received a prompt reply with all necessary info. I called Pyramid because of the good crew they sent out for our furnace and air. Thanks!

I had a malfunctioning furnace which another company could not figure it out and recommend to replace it. I called Pyramid and asked them to take a look at it on a Sunday afternoon. The technician showed up pretty fast and did a great job to find out the root cause of the problem and fixed it properly. It was quick, professionaland honest service. Highly recommend it.
