A good experience with the person I spoke with on the phone as well as the service person who came to my house. Very professional. Called at 8am on a Monday and the truck pulled up before 11am, problem diagnosed, sewer drain cleaned and all done by noon. Overall, a very satisfied customer.

I have used drain doctor numerous times for both my personal residence and rental properties. I couldn't be happier with their services and great value they provide. Their dispatching staff is friendly and always work with me to get service people out ASAP, and in emergency situations, out immediately. Their service people are excellent; friendly, professional and get the job done quickly, despite it being a very dirty job sometimes. Mostly though i really appreciate how affordable the service is....being able to get a quick service call and not breaking the bank (or being upsold to additional services) offers so much peace of mind. Cant recommend highly enough.

August 13 2018 I was told it would be a few hours until they could come out but got a call it would only be about 20 minutes. Murray was the tech who came out to help us and he was completely professional, pleasant, and polite. He repaired our plugged toilet in about 5 minutes. So from the time I called and it was repaired was about 35 minutes Much better than another company that told me they could come out mid September

Drain Doctor is my go-to when there are severe plugs in drains. They will keep working at it until it's handled. Have had a few issues where other plumbers gave up, but not these guys. And they also clean up any messes they make, another huge bonus for me.
