Fantastic service! We called Friday evening & we're able to set an appointment for mid morning the next day. We received a call about an hour before our appointment to confirm some information. Marc arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & extremely helpful. With service like this, we will always call Mr. Rooter for any needs in the future. Update; about an hour after Marc had left. I received a call from their office making sure we were satisfied with our experience. I can't recall the woman's name, but she was very nice & polite.

I've used Mr. Rooter at work before and always been pleased with the workmanship and price. Recently I used them to do some custom plumbing in my home, and was just as happy. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to add to your list of quotes when pricing out a project. They are organized and professional, at a fair price. To add, the they were knowledgable and happy to tolerate me asking questions over the phone and in person.

The professionalism of your staff really put you above and beyond the competition. The details that I particularly appreciated were the office staff's knowledge of the industry and that they called shortly before the tradesman was to arrive, and the tradesman's wearing of booties to protect my floors and that he showed me how to maintain my water heater. I couldn't ask for anything more!

K'Lu did a great job.We troubled shooted the challenge together and he was able to find and solve the problem and upgrade our plumbing system at the same time! Very happy with the results. I would not have been able to do what he did by myself!

More then expected. The technician Even provided real costomer service. Professional on what he do and friendly with customer. I would definitely choose Mr. Rooter again if I need any plumbing service and willing recommend to others. The company will go far with the quality service.
