I have to say, it was shockingly easy, quick and relatively inexpensive. I called them at around 8:00 a.m. and they were there same day to fix my issue. The technician talked me through the pricing at the outset and what my options were after the initial fix was completed. Everything was fixed without delay and at a reasonable price. Had Miguel from Winnipeg's location come to replace a cracked powder room toilet. We requested him as he has done work in the past we were pleased with in our home. Once again work was well done, quick, efficient and polite. He gives great advice, as well. Will use their services again.
Al arrived quickly after we called and went to work on clearing our sewer line. Al put a lot of work in to making sure it got fixed promptly and did not stop until it was done. Very pleased with the attention that was given with this service call.
Toilet mysteriously stopped flushing a couple of days ago. Called Roto-Rooter and they quickly sent out a plumber named Harsh. He got the toilet functioning in no time. Unfortunately over the course of the evening it became clogged again. I called back the next morning and again Harsh was back right away to help. This time he took the toilet off and found a pair of scissors stuck in there. He managed to get them out without damaging anything. He was so kind, patient and innovative. The best part...the second visit was free of charge! Extremely happy and will use this company again, I will ask specifically for Harsh, he rocks!
I would strongly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone experiencing drain problems. Our basement toilet backed up and they responded within 30 minutes at 3 A.M. After scoping the pipe a minor blockage was found which they removed however they also found shifting at the connection of our house and the main sewer line. Once I receive the video from them I will be contacting the city as the "major" shift is at 52ft- probably between sidewalk and main sewer connection. Hopefully if you require their services you get Shane, super nice and able to explain and make sense of it all. James
