I was very pleased with the service provided by Pioneer Plumbing. Originally we hired them thru a contractor for plumbing work for the restaurant, it did not occur to me to hire them for my home until a faulty sump pump and back up complaint came from my basement tenant that I decided to give them a call. Unlike many of the other plumbing companies that set up the appointment time and never shows up on time, the Pioneer plumbers were prompt and very efficient. I was shocked to hear from the service rep that the previous guys who ‘fixed’ our sump pump had the electrical wires done incorrectly so the back up pump kicked in instead of the primary one. The cost is reasonable and some might think it’s high but after going thru 2 different companies and still having the pump not working properly, I believe it’s your money’s worth. Service rep was polite, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The support staff is great and you can make appointments online. Definitely recommend this plumbing and heating company if you need to fix your plumbing and heating issues
