Drain Master Trenchless

We had our leaking water line replaced by Drain Masters in North Vancouver, and I have nothing but good things to say. The job ended up being a lot more difficult than it looked, due to unseen site conditions and very bad existing plumbing. However, Karm's crew worked well past dark, to make sure we had our water back on for the evening. Clean-up and patching the next day was very good. All-in-all my experience was that this company is responsible and cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend.

On our second home in North Vancouver, we live on the island, we noticed tree roots had gotten into our sewer line. Drain Master Trenchless did a great job replacing the damaged drain tiles that were causing water to leak into our basement. They did the job at the lowest quoted price we received and now we have a nice and dry basement DV

Drain Masters DID A LOUSY JOB , STOLE FROM US AND THEN TOLD US TO PISS OFF Gerry the owner, promised trenchless sewer replacement and they did not do so. The job took 3 days longer longer than they said, the clean up up STOLE our cones and pilons, and the sewer line they put in has now backed up again less than 6 weeks after their work is done. When I called Gerry the owner he THREATENED ME iN ADDITION TO THE $5000 WE PAID HIM WE HAVE HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $500 TO FIX THEIR WORK AND TO REPLACE WHAT THEY STOLE
