We've been using them for years to service our townhouse complex for plumbing and a few other maintenance needs. They're reliable, knowledgeable and always handle our homes with care. We can always count on them.
Excellent and professional servicing of our hot water heater - very expert advice. Only annoyance - and this is inexcusable, frankly - is when they did not show up for the initial appointment. Basically I booked off time for this appointment and they did not have the courtesy to call and say their service person was sick and let's please cancel. I had to call and they informed me :( I don't think many people would give them a second chance but I did. They were reasonably priced and did not try to oversell me on what was not necessary, so I believe the person that serviced was honest and ethical. But seems they are just not great at managing appointments maybe.
We cannot say enough good things about Paul and the team at Blue Mountain Services. We had a major plumbing issue that many other companies wouldn't even attempt. Paul and his team are extremely kind, professional, and efficient workers. We are so happy to have our issue fixed and are forever thankful for Paul. Highly recommend to everyone!
Very disappointed with the shoddy workmanship, and failure to come back and rectify an obvious mistake. They were recommended to me, but I was totally dissatisfied with the results. The new faucet in the kitchen double sink was clearly off center, no caulk on the bathtub spout. 'Tony' did not send someone to fix the problems, regardless of photos clearly showing unacceptable work, and he simply stopped replying to my emails. Their plumber arrived at 7:30am, but charged from 6:30am, saying "I have to make money..." I recently paid a different plumber to fix the Blue Mountain mistakes. The new tap/spout fixture for the double kitchen sink had been installed using an insert intended for a single sink... error was obvious to the plumber that came to fix it.
