Brighter mechanical is AWESOME!!! They re piped our condo building this past January. It is a 45 year old three story walk up with 12 units. They did a fantastic job and treated us so well. The crew had such respect for our homes and did their best to work around our schedules and needs with as little intrusion as possible. They were professional, couteous and efficient. No one had any complaints . Amazing. I highly recommend Brighter Mechanical.
Terrible experience. They have broken things during piping project. Attempted to cover up. Replacement to mirror they broke is still outstanding after weeks. They originally promised to rectify in 3 days.
I'm very disappointed. Brighter did a repiping in my apartment building, they left asbestos debris in my suite on my carpets and refused to clean it up properly according to industry standards.
